Much of business is about building relationships and making a measurable contribution. We usually begin with a minimum 90 to 120 day consulting agreement which will allow both of us to evaluate and define a potential long-term contributions. SBW Ventures, Inc. is hired on this basis to work on a diagnostic evaluation, merger and acquisitions a business plan, marketing or fundraising campaigns (raising capital). Our proposal and consulting agreement will set forth specific goals and benchmarks for success.
